About Us
Your Child is in Great Hands
Philosophy
We promote a child's positive feeling to self, which allows them to reach out and explore their surroundings. What happens to a child within his/her first years of life cognitively and emotionally is very important in shaping the rest of the child's life. Our center provides a safe and nurturing environment which enables children to express themselves openly and independently, and to think creatively. Independence is achieved by encouraging children to work things out using their own problem solving skills, developing self-discipline and self-confidence.
Our program serves children from various racial, ethnic, social economic, and religious backgrounds, as well as children with certain disabilities.
We use Creative Curriculum which provides for a variety of activities including physical, intellectual, and social-emotional stimulation. Weekly lesson plans and the daily schedule are posted in each classroom. These plans are designed to create experiences and relationships that build concepts, individual competence, and positive self-esteem.
